Apprenticeship Program Coordinator (Remote)

• Track and analyze apprentice progress for related technical instruction (RTI) and on-the-job training (OJT); produce summary reports and analytics.
• Coordinate apprentice communications, conduct regular check-ins and quarterly performance reviews, and serve as primary point of contact for apprentices.
• Support the apprenticeship lifecycle including application processing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and enrollment across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Apprenticeship Project Managers, Labor Compliance teams, and site teams to ensure compliance and program success.

This role supports the development of a skilled workforce in the renewable energy sector, helping individuals gain technical skills and career opportunities while contributing to the growth of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects that reduce carbon emissions.

• At least 3 years of experience in apprenticeship, career and technical education, workforce development, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Apps); experience with an LMS and/or data management systems strongly preferred.

Compensation: $33.72 - $39.63 per hour (annualized approximately $70,138 - $82,430 based on 40 hours/week).
