Mission
What you will drive
- Track and analyze apprentice progress for related technical instruction (RTI) and on-the-job training (OJT); produce summary reports and analytics.
- Coordinate apprentice communications, conduct regular check-ins and quarterly performance reviews, and serve as primary point of contact for apprentices.
- Support the apprenticeship lifecycle including application processing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and enrollment across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with Apprenticeship Project Managers, Labor Compliance teams, and site teams to ensure compliance and program success.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3 years of experience in apprenticeship, career and technical education, workforce development, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulatory requirements (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Apps); experience with an LMS and/or data management systems strongly preferred.

Compensation: $33.72 - $39.63 per hour (annualized approximately $70,138 - $82,430 based on 40 hours/week).
