Applied Analytics Lead

• Drive customer impact through analytics: own end-to-end analytical work for utility customers, solve problems using data, and deliver actionable insights.

• 3-5 years of professional experience managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Strong experience working with large, complex datasets to create business insights; proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrable track record of learning new technical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python/pandas, geospatial analysis).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
