Applications Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Working closely with the sales team to support installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training of Turntide products or solutions remotely or at global customer locations.
• Providing technical support to customer queries, RFQs, or design reviews related to Turntide's products and ensuring they are handled within allotted time.
• Verifying and validating product and systems configured or customized for customer usage to ensure customer needs are met.
• Collaborating with engineering team or domain experts to resolve difficult in-field issues promptly.

This role helps customers implement Turntide's energy-efficient technologies, contributing to reduced energy consumption and environmental impact through optimized motor and power systems.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field, or relevant engineering/technical experience.
• Technical background or experience in electric motors, battery storage solutions/BMS, or power electronics (inverters, DCDCs, OBCs).
• Experience working with customers in technical settings, including team problem-solving and solution selling.
• Ability to work from technical manuals, work instructions, work orders, and follow up on troubleshooting findings.
