Application Processing Specialist (Part-Time)

• Process rebates and income verification requests by reviewing submissions from customers.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect entries and submit rebate applications.
• Review applicant income documentation, accept or reject applications, and communicate with customers for additional information.
• Escalate complex cases to the full-time Processing Team.

This role directly supports the qualification of households for clean energy incentives, helping to make electrification accessible and affordable, thereby reducing emissions and advancing climate goals.
