Annual Giving Manager

• Lead annual giving and membership efforts through direct mail, digital fundraising, donor communications, and data-informed methods.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive direct marketing and membership plan to increase revenue and donor retention.
• Create compelling content and manage multi-channel campaigns including direct mail, email, social media, and digital giving.

This role expands the reach of the American Air Museum's mission to honor the heroism and sacrifice of those who served, preserving history and educating future generations about the importance of global alliances.

• 5+ years of non-profit direct response fundraising experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience using CRM databases and fundraising platforms.
• Advanced level with Microsoft suite of products.

Full-time exempt position with a 32-hour workweek. Salary range $60,000 - $66,560 annually. Benefits include vacation and sick leave; health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; IRA; phone/internet stipend; 11 paid holidays/year. Laptop and necessary hardware provided.
