Analyst, Technology Operations

• Serve as a point of escalation for end-user issues related to supported tools and processes, ensuring timely triage and coordination.
• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of information governance, privacy, and DLP tools by assisting with configuration, testing, deployments, and routine operational tasks.
• Assist with gathering and documenting business and user requirements in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Contribute to program planning, backlog intake, and coordination of operational work for information governance and privacy initiatives.

This role supports Earthjustice's mission to protect people's health, preserve places and wildlife, advance clean energy, and combat climate change by ensuring effective information governance and technology operations, enabling the organization to focus on its environmental legal work.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer or user support, or records and information management roles, preferably in a nonprofit or regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
