Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as a point of escalation for end-user issues related to supported tools and processes, ensuring timely triage and coordination.
- Support the implementation and ongoing operation of information governance, privacy, and DLP tools, including configuration, testing, deployments, and routine operational tasks.
- Assist with gathering and documenting business and user requirements, use cases, and operational needs in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Contribute to program planning, backlog intake, and coordination of operational work for information governance and privacy initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer or user support, or records and information management roles, preferably in a nonprofit or legal/compliance environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts and the ability to apply related policies and standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
