Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as a point of escalation for end-user issues related to supported tools and processes, ensuring timely triage and coordination.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing operation of information governance, privacy, and DLP tools by assisting with configuration, testing, deployments, and routine operational tasks.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business and user requirements in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders.
  • Contribute to program planning, backlog intake, and coordination of operational work for information governance and privacy initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer or user support, or records and information management roles, preferably in a nonprofit or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
