Analyst, Technology Operations

• Serve as a point of escalation for end-user issues related to supported tools and processes, ensuring timely triage and coordination.
• Support the implementation and ongoing operation of information governance, privacy, and DLP tools, including configuration, testing, deployments, and routine operational tasks.
• Assist with gathering and documenting business and user requirements, use cases, and operational needs in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Contribute to program planning, backlog intake, and coordination of operational work for information governance and privacy initiatives.

This role supports Earthjustice's mission to protect the environment and combat climate change by ensuring effective information governance and data privacy, enabling the organization to operate efficiently and securely in its legal and advocacy work.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer or user support, or records and information management roles, preferably in a nonprofit or legal/compliance environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts and the ability to apply related policies and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary ranges vary by location: e.g., San Francisco/New York: $113,000 - $125,500; Seattle/LA/Chicago/DC: $107,400 - $119,300; Denver/Philadelphia: $101,700 - $113,000; Miami/Houston: $96,000 - $106,700.
