What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain learning data from multiple sources and update our Workday Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create dashboards to track participation and outcomes, highlighting insights that inform business decisions.
- Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
- Automate routine tasks like participant communications and data entry and assist with those tasks during automation rollouts.
- Document workflows and train team members on tools and dashboards.
- Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, materials, payments, onsite support, and virtual features like breakout rooms and chat moderation.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or project coordination, ideally in learning and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Automate).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience coordinating learning events or working with external vendors.
- Experience with Workday.
- Knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles.

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location:
- For Orange, CT: $79,000 to $99,000
- For Boston: $83,000 to $104,000
