Analyst

• Ensure end-to-end visibility, governance, and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle, from release readiness to post-production stability.
• Drive delivery transparency at release level, ensure effective L3 incident management and SLA compliance, and enforce structured problem management and resolution tracking.
• Lead governance of performance-related topics, ensuring proper tracking in Azure DevOps and driving structured follow-up across teams.
• Own the design and evolution of Power BI dashboards for reliable KPI tracking and automated visibility of progress.

This role ensures efficient and transparent software delivery and service operations, enabling the organization to focus on its mission of delivering high-quality testing and laboratory services that contribute to public health and safety.

• Strong PMO / governance experience in complex IT programmes.
• Proven ability to drive follow-up, accountability, and execution across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
