Analyst, Corporate Development

• Support Crusoe's inorganic growth strategy across Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software sectors
• Manage end-to-end M&A processes including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing
• Evaluate strategic investment and partnership opportunities aligned with long-term growth objectives
• Conduct industry and competitive landscape analysis to identify strategic market gaps and investment opportunities

This role contributes to accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence by supporting sustainable technology development and responsible AI infrastructure through strategic corporate development.

• 1-3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory Services
• Direct experience working on M&A transactions with strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field
