Analyst, Apollo Capital Solutions (Syndicate)

• Support all aspects of the syndication process for investment grade debt, sub-investment grade debt, preferred/structured equity, and hybrid instruments.
• Produce polished, client-ready PowerPoint materials including syndication launch decks, lender presentations, IC memos, and investor updates.
• Build and maintain pricing analyses, comp sets, and term sheet comparisons to support pricing recommendations.
• Maintain day-to-day account dialogue alongside senior syndication professionals, tracking investor feedback, allocations, and reverse inquiries.

This role supports capital markets activities that enable businesses to access innovative capital solutions for growth, contributing to economic development and the firm's ability to address global challenges such as energy transition and social impact.

• One to three years of investment banking experience at a top-tier investment bank, including successful completion of a formal investment banking analyst training program.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; Bloomberg fluency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Base salary range: $110,000 - $150,000. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on performance. Comprehensive benefit programs for you and your family.
