About This Role
As an Amplifier Contractor, you'll be responsible for creating 6-8 videos daily across 3 social media accounts, focusing on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role goes beyond content creation to include developing new amplifier accounts targeting Gen Z/Millennial Latinos and using analytics to adjust strategy weekly. Your day starts by reviewing analytics from the previous day's content to identify what performed well. You'll research trending topics relevant to Latino communities, then script and edit 6-8 short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Throughout the day, you'll manage posting across 3 accounts while testing new approaches for developing amplifier accounts targeting specific demographics.
