About the Role

The Alumni Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster a lifelong connection between alumni and the university. This role will work closely with the Alumni Relations team to create engaging experiences for alumni, including events, communications, and volunteer opportunities. The Alumni Associate will also assist with data management, reporting, and analysis to inform alumni engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs that foster a lifelong connection between alumni and the university
• Collaborate with the Alumni Relations team to create engaging experiences for alumni
• Assist with data management, reporting, and analysis to inform alumni engagement strategies
• Provide excellent customer service to alumni, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with other university departments to promote alumni engagement and support university initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in alumni relations, marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools
