Alumni Associate

Alumni Associate is a full-time position at the University of Michigan. The Alumni Associate will work closely with the Alumni Association team to support the development and implementation of programs and services that engage alumni and foster lifelong relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing databases, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with alumni. This role builds a vibrant community of more than 1,000 former and existing grantees and fellows who remain connected, supported, and engaged with the Schmidt Sciences mission, enhancing community impact and advancing institutional goals.

Bachelor's degree in a related field. 1-2 years of experience in alumni relations, event planning, or a related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
