ALTA Survey Professional

Core responsibilities:

• Lead survey strategy and execution for energy generation and data center development projects
• Drive vendor and contract management with focus on cost-effectiveness and quality control
• Support land due diligence and title validation through boundary verification and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure survey accuracy and compliance

This role advances Intersect's mission to accelerate the renewable energy transition by ensuring accurate land intelligence that de-risks projects and supports long-term asset performance, directly contributing to cleaner energy infrastructure development.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in land surveying and project management, preferably in clean energy sector
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS or equivalent) certification preferred
• Strong understanding of ALTA/NSPS standards, boundary law, and land title principles
• Proficiency with survey software, GIS tools, and CAD applications
• Experience managing survey vendors and contracts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Compensation and benefits:

• Total compensation: $170,000 to $180,000 (base salary + bonus in USD)
