AI Technology Lead

• Define and evolve the enterprise technical strategy for AI adoption on Azure, acting as the primary technical authority for AI across IT and business domains.
• Continuously monitor the AI technology landscape, experiment with new AI tools and frameworks, and translate validated innovations into enterprise-ready capabilities.
• Align AI technologies with enterprise architecture, data platforms, and cloud strategy on Azure, collaborating with global stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into sustainable AI capabilities.
• Maintain hands-on expertise in AI/ML engineering and MLOps, evaluate Azure-native AI/ML services for scalability, and promote technical best practices as a thought leader.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience in technical roles, including at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solution development in enterprise contexts.
• Recognized expertise in setting technical direction for large-scale AI adoption on Azure, with strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure AI/ML services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and MLOps.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences.
