AI Solutions

• Lead AI tool discovery and vendor evaluation across the evolving AI ecosystem, including LLMs, productivity tools, automation platforms, and industry-specific applications.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for AI integration within workflows and business processes, gather requirements, and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks including responsible AI policies, prompting standards, data privacy guidelines, and best practices.
• Act as an internal AI advocate by promoting awareness, sharing successful use cases, and driving organizational change management.

This role accelerates the transition to clean energy by embedding AI into operations, driving efficiency and innovation at a company building critical power and data infrastructure for a sustainable future.

• 5–7 years of experience in technology program management, product management, technology strategy, solutions architecture, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the modern AI and data landscape, including familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business teams by translating business needs into technical requirements and communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Total Compensation: $185,000 - $195,000 (base salary + bonus in USD).
