AI Postdoctoral Research Fellows - Language and Intelligence

Core responsibilities:

• Join the Princeton Language and Intelligence (PLI) AI Lab research initiative as part of the core team
• Design, understand, or engineer large AI models or their applications
• Work on projects involving language, images, multimodal data, science/math, code, and scientific data
• Participate in AI safety, fairness, and alignment research

This role contributes to AI safety, fairness, and alignment research through the Princeton Language and Intelligence initiative, advancing responsible AI development.

Required qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree is expected
• Strong interest and proven experience in designing, understanding, or engineering large AI models or their applications
• Ability to participate in-person on campus at Princeton University
• Must submit a current curriculum vitae, research statement, cover letter, and three references
