What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Contribute to one or both current core projects: "Explanation and Intelligibility" or "Developing and Testing AI Models of Human Cognitive Function"
- Take advantage of advances in AI to study natural and artificial minds in parallel
- Make discoveries about human cognition and find new ways to understand and improve AI systems
- Utilize the AI Lab GPU cluster (300 H100s) for research

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Recently received or about to receive a Ph.D. or doctorate degree in cognitive science, psychology, computer science, philosophy, or related discipline
- Strong interest and track record in designing, understanding, or engineering AI models or methods
- Experience with applications of AI in cognitive science
- Ability to participate in-person on campus at Princeton University
