AI Operations Lead

• Embed with teams across the company to map workflows and identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and ship reusable Claude skills, agents, and automations that teams adopt.
• Engage and grow a champion network to enable teams to extend and maintain workflows independently.
• Codify wins into reusable patterns and measure adoption and time-saved outcomes.

This role accelerates Arcadia's AI transformation, enabling teams to reduce repetitive work and focus on higher-value problems, ultimately helping enterprises cut carbon and advance sustainability at scale.

• 5–8 years of experience spotting workflow breakdowns and shipping AI workflows or internal tools that teams adopted.
• Strong workflow- and process-design instincts, able to redesign operating models across functions.
• Interpersonal range to win trust across diverse teams and bring skeptics along.
• Bias for reusable systems over heroics; comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving organization.
