AI Growth Intern - Climate Tech

• Work on live, high-stakes problems using AI to accelerate how a climate tech company goes to market, tells its story, and wins.
• Own a real brief, present to leadership, and potentially transition to a full-time role.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to shape market strategy and translate the future of energy into product stories.

This role directly contributes to accelerating the energy transition by using AI to improve how Kaluza goes to market, enabling more homes to use clean energy and reducing CO2 emissions through flexibility and avoided grid emissions.

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Strategy/Business Operations, Journalism, Writing, Design, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Actively using AI tools in work and thinking about what they make possible.
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards doing.
• Mission-driven with deep care about the energy transition.

Salary: £30,000 pro-rata for 8-10 weeks. Mentorship from Growth Team and senior project sponsor. Real path to a full-time role. Hands-on experience applying AI to real commercial problems in climate tech.
