AI and Systems Lead / Director / Vice President

• Lead the design and implementation of digital systems and AI automations to scale CFI's impact.
• Assess technology improvement opportunities across workflows and develop solutions to enhance quality and user experience.
• Lead technology adoption across the organization through setup, training, and change management.
• Design and implement AI workflows using LLMs to automate program processes and increase productivity.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure to collect, analyze, and report on program data for talent matching.

This role directly scales the impact of Consultants for Impact by leveraging AI and digital systems to improve efficiency, quality, and reach of their programs, ultimately enabling better talent matching and support for social impact organizations.

• Experience leading technology strategy and implementation in a mission-driven organization.
• Expertise in AI/ML, particularly large language models (LLMs) and workflow automation.
• Strong skills in data infrastructure, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage change and drive technology adoption across teams.
