What you will drive

As an Agentic Automation Developer, you will drive the widespread adoption of Agentic Automation across the company through citizen development. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining process automations
  • Having a proactive role in organizing trainings and workshops
  • Supporting citizen developers and Process Automation experts
  • Working as part of the Process Automation team with diverse expertise

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience building process automations with UiPath or other process automation tools, including both traditional RPA and agentic workflows
  • Proficient in designing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, orchestrating them effectively, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques to leverage LLMs for agentic automation
  • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript)
  • Experience with working with APIs, databases, and integrations across systems
  • Experience with DevOps practices and managing the automation lifecycle
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to share knowledge and support others, including citizen developers and Process Automation experts
  • Awareness of security, governance, and compliance best practices in automation environments
  • Curiosity to explore new technologies and drive innovation in automation practices
  • Fluency in English
