What you will drive
As an Agentic Automation Developer, you will drive the widespread adoption of Agentic Automation across the company through citizen development. Your core responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining process automations
- Having a proactive role in organizing trainings and workshops
- Supporting citizen developers and Process Automation experts
- Working as part of the Process Automation team with diverse expertise

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience building process automations with UiPath or other process automation tools, including both traditional RPA and agentic workflows
- Proficient in designing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, orchestrating them effectively, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques to leverage LLMs for agentic automation
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Experience with working with APIs, databases, and integrations across systems
- Experience with DevOps practices and managing the automation lifecycle
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for automation and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to share knowledge and support others, including citizen developers and Process Automation experts
- Awareness of security, governance, and compliance best practices in automation environments
- Curiosity to explore new technologies and drive innovation in automation practices
- Fluency in English
