Mission

What you will drive

  • Support public communications efforts in Africa to demonstrate growing support for the Fossil Fuel Treaty, including social media, digital content, and traditional media strategy.
  • Create and distribute communications materials such as press releases, comms packs, website content, talking points, and social media content.
  • Coordinate communications around key regional and national moments, and develop relationships with journalists and partners across Africa.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum five years of professional communications campaigning experience in Africa.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media, digital content production, and media relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in French is desired.
