Mission
What you will drive
- Build, manage, and lead the Allergy & Asthma Network's volunteer advocacy initiatives, including the PALI (Patient Advocacy Leadership Initiative) program.
- Serve as project manager for the PALI Advocate Summit and annual Hill Day events, ensuring advocates are prepared and supported.
- Support policy development and advocacy strategy by tracking legislation, conducting research, and drafting policy content.
- Engage stakeholders, build coalitions, and collaborate with internal teams to align advocacy initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in volunteer/program management, grassroots organizing, or state/federal advocacy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write persuasively and mentor advocates.
- Strong project management skills, experience with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in advocacy technology platforms (e.g., Quorum) and CRM (preferably Salesforce).
