Advisor - Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, particularly for engineering roles.
• Use source channels like LinkedIn/SEEK to screen and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize Workday to manage applicant tracking, candidate data, and recruitment metrics.
• Analyze recruitment data using Excel to generate reports and optimize hiring strategies.

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with a focus on recruiting for engineering roles.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, experience using Workday would be an advantage.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting would be ideal but not a must have (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
