Mission
What you will drive
- Provide advanced technical support for product deployments, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with implementation.
- Work closely with customers to ensure smooth preparation and execution of product rollouts and assist with new integrations including SCADA systems, Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), and other behind-the-meter applications.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to support final development, proof-of-concept testing, and field trials, and participate in high-profile pilot deployments to refine and enhance product performance.
- Document support cases, solutions, and recommendations to continuously improve the product and customer experience, and work cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to enhance product success and scalability.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of networking experience and security best practices for large corporate networks, and 3+ years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or customer-facing roles within the technology or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, utility applications, and grid automation technologies is a plus, along with demonstrated working knowledge of SQL databases and knowledge of Industry data acquisition protocols such as DNP, Modbus, IEEE 2030.5 and IEC61850.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and self-motivated with initiative, flexibility, and good judgement.
