Adolescents and Youth Fellow

Under the supervision of the M&E Advisor, the UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:

• Monitoring & Reporting: Support implementation of RBM principles, quality assurance of reports, data analysis of regional progress, and development of M&E frameworks.
• AI & Digital Tools: Support utilizing AI for data synthesis and predictive analysis to improve regional reporting efficiency.
• Support regional units and country offices in developing robust monitoring plans and providing input to program evaluations.

This role contributes to improving regional reporting efficiency and program evaluations through data analysis and AI tools, supporting UNFPA's mission to deliver reproductive health services and rights for adolescents and youth.

• Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and principles
• Data analysis skills for regional progress tracking
• Ability to support AI and digital tools for data synthesis and predictive analysis
• Experience supporting regional units and country offices in program evaluation
