What you will drive

Meemli is a growing 501c3 nonprofit offering innovative ways to improve access to high quality education to all students using the power or technology, community and educators. In this role you will: Help organize and schedule programs and other activities Communicate with students (and their parents), teachers, mentors and others involved in our programs Be involved in Community Outreach to bring awareness to our work and programs Assist with social media postings when needed Support Meemli's initiatives through various administrative tasks This is a part-time (approximately 5-8 hours a week, with more hours during program launches), virtual, paid role. All activities will be virtual, and the hours are mostly flexible. If the candidate selected is in the San Francisco Bay Area, there might be occasional direct meetings if needed. Experience and Qualifications: Experience working in a similar position (paid or volunteer) Strong experience using standard business software and Google tools such as mail, spreadsheets, documents. Familiarity with Zoom and all its key features. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Impeccable organization skills Comfortable communicating in a professional manner through messages/emails/calls Ability to work with team members at all levels Spanish fluency is a plus.
