Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager with day-to-day coordination of the NVN's activities and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Manage membership communications, including responding to enquiries, handling renewals, creating newsletters, and maintaining social media and website content
  • Assist with event organization and delivery, both online and in person, and handle logistics for NVN events, training, and gatherings
  • Support basic financial administration including invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and working with Xero accounting software
