About

Friends of Bogardus Plaza is seeking an Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing organizational administrative support and overseeing plaza operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide organizational administrative support, oversee plaza operations, coordinate community events, and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct regular plaza inspections and coordinate with service providers, maintain plaza facilities, and support event planning and execution
  • Manage fundraising appeals, process donations, research funding opportunities, and maintain donor database
  • Serve as liaison with community partners and NYC agencies, respond to inquiries, and update website and social media
