What you will drive

The Administrative Support Specialist provides essential clerical and operational support to ensure efficient program delivery and office functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy, directing to appropriate staff
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and program events using calendar tools; coordinate logistics for staff travel and workshops
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and program materials; maintain accurate client files and databases in compliance with confidentiality standards
  • Order supplies, track inventory, and process invoices/payments to support operational needs
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and generating monthly reports for grant compliance and internal reviews
  • Provide backup reception coverage and support special projects, such as community outreach events
