What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management including scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and communicating with attendees
  • Arrange complex travel plans, compose detailed itineraries, and handle travel documents and visa coordination
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sites including all related logistics
  • Allocate and process expenses for professionals using the Concur expense management system

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
