What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management including scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and communicating with attendees
- Arrange complex travel plans, compose detailed itineraries, and handle travel documents and visa coordination
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sites including all related logistics
- Allocate and process expenses for professionals using the Concur expense management system

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or four or more years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities with a proactive, positive attitude
- Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
