Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain recurring workflows, administrative processes, and coordination infrastructure across operations, including donor coordination, financial recordkeeping, compliance tracking, HR logistics, and systems maintenance.
- Support quarterly board meetings, manage organizational mailbox and phone inquiries, and maintain donor/sponsor records in CRM.
- Administer HR platform tasks, support annual HR cycle, and facilitate travel and reimbursement submissions.
- Maintain organizational systems and subscriptions, execute periodic audits, and support financial operations including reconciliation and invoice processing.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- General knowledge of nonprofit administration, project management, or proven ability to adapt skills to a new content area.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience providing administrative or operational support in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and comfort with spreadsheets and financial systems.
