What you will drive

  • Serve as the primary operational presence for RAP's US hub, handling office support, mail, and onsite coordination.
  • Provide global administrative support including virtual meeting coordination, documentation, and digital filing.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, and new hire logistics.
  • Assist with employee experience initiatives, vendor coordination, and cross-functional projects.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative, HR coordination, or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid environment.
