What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director including calendaring, email management, travel coordination, and system navigation
  • Manage SEWA team processes, procedures, and ways of working including MS Teams channels, shared calendars, and listservs
  • Serve as primary liaison with IT division to manage technology operations and ensure effective use of systems like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Teams
  • Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual team meetings and events including scheduling, catering, and virtual meeting support

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience with 2+ years of executive support
  • Experience in operations and managing processes to ensure positive stakeholder experiences
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn operational systems (MS Office suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.)
