Mission
What you will drive
- Provide high-level administrative support to two senior programmatic leaders, including managing calendars, travel, expenses, and action items.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and compile information for reports and presentations.
- Maintain contact lists, CRM records, and program files; support external outreach and follow-up.
- Coordinate project logistics, meetings, and events; support digital coordination and inventory management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; at least 2 years of administrative or executive support experience (nonprofit preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, and Canva.
- Strong organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision; willingness to travel 2-4 times per year.
