Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Financial Support (30%): Partner with the Core Team to carry out financial coordination, tracking, data entry and processing for budgeting, contracting, grant-making, and expense tracking processes
- Team Coordination (30%): Serve as team coordinator and logistical wheel hub, including scheduling, calendaring, meeting coordination, and logistical communication
- Knowledge and Process Management Support (20%): Process building and process tracking activities including document management, information/file management, and data entry
- Special Projects (20%): Participate in special projects and support IRIS events including document design/formatting, copyediting, research, and materials coordination

Required skills and qualifications:
- Early-career professional with at least 3 years of experience in a full-time administrative, operations, or executive assistant position or similar
- Strong communication skills and broad command of systems and tools
- Patient, responsive, generous, and able to build relationships and trust
- Open, transparent, responsive, and comfortable with remote time management
- Ready to learn, quick to recognize confusion, confident in asking questions and capturing details
- Comfortable in evolving environments and able to demonstrate dignity and respect for everyone
