Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries
  • Maintain organized administrative systems, files, and records (digital and paper)
  • Support scheduling for meetings, trainings, and organizational events
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials for leadership and program staff
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
  • Coordinate logistics for staff meetings, board meetings, and community events
  • Assist with data entry, donor acknowledgments, and general development tasks as needed
  • Support HR and finance functions with basic administrative tasks, such as timesheet collection or vendor invoicing
  • Help maintain effective internal communications to support cross-departmental collaboration

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative spirit
