What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the companyโs model.
- Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
- Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
- Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
