What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support team members to develop and maintain an individual customer pipeline in line with the companyโ€™s model.
  • Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
  • Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms directly with property owners.
