ACLU MT - HIRING - Paralegal

Core responsibilities:

• Provide essential legal and administrative support to the legal team
• Provide critical administrative, litigation, and case-management support across active cases
• Multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail in legal operations

This role contributes directly to the advancement of ACLU-MT's work by supporting the legal team in defending Montanans' civil rights from government abuse and overreach.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated commitment to building or deepening understanding of race equity, with racial equity and anti-racism and anti-colonialism centered
• Ability to live in or move to Montana

This position offers an annual salary between $77,000-$87,000 and comes with excellent benefits. The role is full-time and exempt.
