Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review and approve new vendor and vendor change requests, run TIN matches on domestic vendors and OFAC results for international vendors
- Review invoice and reimbursement payment requests, process project exit requests, and coordinate payments according to timely exit payment schedule
- Schedule disbursements for Model C projects and initiate appropriate grant payment amounts based on fund availability
- Participate in AP process improvements, including attending meetings with outside developers and recommending improvements to the team

Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 or more years of accounts payable experience, with nonprofit accounts payable processing experience preferred
- Self-starting, team-playing, tech-savvy person with strong creative problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with vendors and projects, ability to handle large volume of work efficiently and with grace
- Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds, including people with disabilities, vulnerable populations, and the international community
