What you will drive
- Manage the accounts payables process, including processing invoices, monitoring communications with vendors, and resolving queries
- Oversee financial processes, communicate with stakeholders, and guide staff and vendors in navigating policies and systems
- Lead compliance work between 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations, ensuring proper expense allocation and adherence to regulations
- Integrate anti-oppression and equity considerations into accounting procedures, controls, systems, and compliance standards

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience managing accounting at 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations with knowledge of best practices and controls
- Familiarity with GAAP, proficiency with Quickbooks, Google suite, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance across local, national, and international regulations
- Understanding of anti-oppression and equity considerations in accounting initiatives and procedures
