What you will drive
- Manage core accounting tasks to ensure accurate monthly close, regular reporting, and solid year-end close and audit
- Perform weekly cash reconciliation, monthly investment reconciliation, payroll calculation, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal management reports
- Review data for payroll, cash reconciliations, banking entries, and balance sheet accounts, and perform monthly bank reconciliations in NetSuite
- Recommend and implement process improvement opportunities, automate manual processes, and support the Finance Team with NetSuite expertise

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Three years' experience using NetSuite as a financial accounting system required
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance with 5-7 years of work experience in a nonprofit environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and core formulae (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) required, with ability to organize data for wide audience understanding
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to adapt quickly in changing environment, and experience working in remote workforce
