What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support finance and accounting operations including maintaining costing allocation spreadsheets, executing journal entries, reviewing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
- Manage sponsored research activities including post-award activities, grant reporting, compliance monitoring, and supporting proposal development
- Handle procurement processes including accounts payable, vendor payments, invoice processing, and maintaining payment tracking systems
- Participate in financial meetings, prepare documentation, and attend training to build expertise in financial systems and grant management

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics or finance, or minor/concentration in accounting
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, operations, grant administration, finance, or related field preferred
