Mission
What you will drive
- Analyze, design, and execute project plans tailored to each customer location to increase savings and improve diversion performance
- Implement RoadRunner's key profitability levers at each customer site and analyze financial/operational data to ensure performance targets are met
- Serve as primary liaison for third-party subcontractors and haulers to ensure swift, accurate execution of on-site plans
- Evaluate operating trends across locations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Project Management
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business with strong academic record
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
