What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Sell Watershed by working with customer accounts, educating them about effective climate program development, and helping them drive continuous improvements and business value with Watershed
  • Iterate on the Watershed renewal playbook to develop a repeatable machine for positioning new products, risk mitigation, and stakeholder connectivity
  • Shape Watershed's product, packaging, and new SKU GTM strategy by sharing customer feedback from the front line
  • Become an expert in climate and educate companies on navigating carbon reduction targets, clean energy, carbon removal, and supply chain decarbonization

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales excellence, especially with enterprise customers (5,000+ employees) at an executive level
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success selling Enterprise SaaS at $100k-500K deals
  • Excellent consultative seller who listens deeply to customers and excels by helping them solve their problems
  • Experience selling products in complex or technical fields with ability to become an expert in new domains
