Account Manager, Direct Mail (Political)

Core responsibilities:

• Lead teams to work with clients to create compelling and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising
• Lead the development, implementation and production process for innovative direct mail fundraising campaigns
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels such as email, SMS or others
• Create and manage action-oriented reporting to drive strategic decision making

This role helps nonprofit and Democratic organizations create revolutionary fundraising strategies that advance their mission, change our country, and have a positive impact on the world by mobilizing resources for social good.

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years of direct response fundraising experience in an agency environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles
• Client management experience
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills
• Passion for making our world a better place

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000 to $83,000 per year
