Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Track donor priorities and next steps and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date donor records in CRM systems
- Conduct donor and prospect research and prepare briefing materials for donor meetings
- Draft donor-facing materials including emails, updates, proposals, and reports

- High proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with senior leaders

- New York City/San Francisco: Total compensation $99,000–$121,000 (Base: $90,000–$110,000 + 401(k): $9,000–$11,000)
- London: Total compensation £72,600–£88,000 (Base: £66,000–£80,000 + Pension: £6,600–£8,000)
