Account Manager, Advising

Core responsibilities:

• Track donor priorities and next steps and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date donor records in CRM systems
• Conduct donor and prospect research and prepare briefing materials for donor meetings
• Draft donor-facing materials including emails, updates, proposals, and reports

This role helps strengthen and expand donor relationships to channel capital toward top priorities in AI safety and nuclear weapons policy, advancing relationships that steward capital to the most promising interventions for some of the world's most pressing problems.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to track multiple workstreams
• High proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with senior leaders
• Excellent written communication skills

Compensation and benefits:

• New York City/San Francisco: Total compensation $99,000–$121,000 (Base: $90,000–$110,000 + 401(k): $9,000–$11,000)
• London: Total compensation £72,600–£88,000 (Base: £66,000–£80,000 + Pension: £6,600–£8,000)
• US: 100% employer-paid private health insurance, dental & vision, 25 days vacation + 8 holidays, 4 months fully paid family leave, $3,000 professional development budget, $200/month wellbeing budget
• UK: Private healthcare including vision and dental, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, 4 months fully paid family leave, £5,000/year wellbeing budget, £2,400/year professional development budget
