Account Executive

Core responsibilities for this Account Executive role:

• Proactively identify, research, and pursue fleet prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, managing relationships with fleet operators through contract close and delivery
• Take a consultative sales approach by understanding operational needs and proposing tailored electric vehicle solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM tracking and pipeline management

This role accelerates the adoption of commercial electric vehicles, helping fleet operators transition to cleaner transportation and contributing to the decarbonization of commercial transportation.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in transportation, commercial vehicles, or industrial products
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with ability to manage multiple sales opportunities
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Suite, with demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience

• Salary range: $50,000 - $72,000 annual base salary (+) DOE; $100,000 - 140,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE)
