Account Executive

Core responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, research, and pursue fleet prospects
• Break into new accounts through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
• Develop and manage relationships with fleet operators from initial contact through contract close, vehicle build, and delivery
• Take a consultative sales approach by actively listening, understanding operational needs, and proposing tailored vehicle solutions

This role accelerates the adoption of commercial electric vehicles, helping fleet operators transition to electric transportation and contributing to the decarbonization of commercial transportation.

Required qualifications:

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in transportation, commercial vehicles, or industrial products
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Suite
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• $50,000 - $72,000 annual base salary (+) DOE; $100,000 - 140,000 annual on-target earnings (OTE), with potential to exceed
